What are the requirements and data to provide to make my request?
The design information, measurements, fabric quality, quantity per measurement to be manufactured, packaging details, label, all the data that are specified in the production template.
Can I have a file to fill in my language to reflect all the information?
Yes, the data can be reflected in the template of special production.
Can you make a design that I like?
Yes, garments can be made based on the design that the client wants.
Is there a minimum amount to make a special production?
Everything depends on each specific case, but the higher the quantity, the more competitive the price will be.
Can we make small quantities of less than 1000 pcs. of cotton and polyester shirts; sports sets; etc…?
Yes, it can be done, but in most cases there are extra costs to pay for such small quantity.
Can you make several products / models?
Yes, you can make several products / models.
Can I change the shape, color, zippers, or fabric of your standard product?
Yes, you can make all kinds of customizations and changes to our garments.
Which are the fabric options?
Cotton, polyester and mixtures in any type of confection, etc.
Can I check the quality and color of fabric?
Before the manufacturing process in origin, the color tests are sent to choose the color option closest to the original, as well as the sample of pre-production in color and quality of final fabric to be able to check all the details.
What sizes can I order?
You can order the sizes you need.
I need special sizes. Is it possible?
Yes, it is possible, you just have to provide us with the measurements of the sizes you need.
Can the garments be printed?
Yes, garments can carry prints.
What data do I have to provide for the printing?
Size, exact pantones, vectorized logos and number of colors.
What are samples and countersamples?
Counter-sample is usually a sample made with the available fabric, and the pre-production samples are the samples in color and quality of the final fabric.
Is the pre-production sample (PP sample) necessary when the order is a repetition? Can we avoid doing it to save time?
We always try to send pre-production samples, because they avoid any doubt or modification that may have occurred, we must have in mind that sometimes it is difficult to explain the detail of each production and it is the best way to make sure that what we are going to manufacture is matching the required .
I need that the garments come fulfilling a homologation or certain certification, is it possible?
Yes, it is possible, but you have to take into account the additional costs and the additional time.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
Can I make a special packaging and design the label and the box for my production?
Yes, we can do the customized packaging.
How long does it take approximately?
Depending on the amount and type of fabric it takes 90 to 150 days.
Can we send the goods directly to the customer from origin to save time?
Yes, we can send the goods directly to the customer.
Can I change the shipping date?
It could be delayed, but in order to advance it – it shell be checked with the manufacturer.
Can I advance the arrival date once the order is placed?
The order can be sent by air, which saves between 20 and 25 days.
